I purchased this drone as the "renewed" category, where it had been returned or otherwise purchased but not used. The drone arrived in its original packaging with no damaged or missing items. The packaging left a few fibers on some of the contents, but a wipe down with a cloth got all of these off and they were not much of an issue. Everything on the drone works well, and even as a beginner. The pictures I have been getting are extremely clear and of good quality, but I'd recommend looking into basic camera operations as the settings will make a difference with how the pictures turn out. Overall a great drone, and with the money I saved buying renewed it was an even better deal!
