So I am Embarrassed to admit that I am Technologically illiterate. I got this F89 Micro foldable drone set to see how drones work. I received the drone in a beautiful black case which has a nice presentation. Assembling the unit was very easy and it took less than 5 minutes once the drone batteries are charged. The directions are easy to follow and The drone and the remote control that comes with it pair quickly and easily. The camera was easy to set up once the software got installed to my Android phone. The instructions also allow for an iPhone connection. The drone camera is sharp and easy to calibrate and direct. I am happy with my drone and now looking to get a commercial drone operator license to pursue side hustles with drone views. Definitely a 5 star purchas for a beginner drone enthusiast.What I love about this drone is that it's not overly complicated when it comes to using this as a beginner. I wanted to learn how to fly one since I had seen them around town and watched videos online. This drone really did come with everything to get started, even came with a carrying case which has allowed me to travel with this. While my only complaint is that it didn't arrive with fully charged batteries, that was an easy fix. On a recent trip out of state, I was able to film all along the coastline and even out into the ocean to not only see waves, but we were able to see some sea life swimming around. Not to mention, the picture quality is completely clear and not grainy at all.My daughter really got into drones and after practices with some other smaller ones she really wanted one with a camera. After going through some reviews we opted for this quadcopter drone. We love that its foldable and flexible. Light and very easy to pack up and take it out to parks or hiking. It's got two batteries so it's been lasting us about 40-45 minutes. The drone has a HD front and bottom optical flow camera which gives us both really good real-time images from the sky. All the functions included makes it easy for a beginner to use especially with the app that it comes with. My only suggestion is not to fly it in windy conditions. Great drone for a starter.I've actually ordered more batteries for this drone. Look forward to experimenting more with this drone.Wow, this is my 1st drone and it works great. Simply put, the packaging is very thoughtful, the whole machine is very light, and it comes with two batteries, which is very convenient for me for a long happy time. I've flown twice by the seaside and in the park, battery life is very impressive, almost 20 minutes continue flying... The operation is very easy, the takeoff and landing are very simple even for a novice like me. and the control is very flexible, the drone is like a bird flying. I took photos and videos, pictures look good, while looking into the distance, it feels like I have a pair of eagle eyes... Next week is Labor Day, really looking forward to trying it again and doing some new fly techniques!!I got this because of the reviews that it's great for a beginner. That, I agree with. One reviewer said, YOU WILL BREAK THIS...START WITH A LESS EXPENSIVE DRONE. So true. I got the hang of it quickly, but sent back as the battery life is nowhere near what's advertised. I sent back the first one because the battery lift was <10 min for one of the batteries and <2 min for the other. Fully charged and tested. So I exchange it and the new one arrives. Both batteries lasted about 10 min each and it is a good drone and the batteries charge FAST! If that's ok with you, GET THIS! But I got this because of the supposedly 20 min for each battery and didn't stand up to that. You WILL crash a drone if you've never used one. Don't get a $200+ unit and hope it works out. That being said, I used this a lot and since I liked it, I did go with a $250 drone after ready many reviews that's brushless motor and reportedly 20+ minute battery life. Hope that battery life is better!This thing is far more capable and stable than I had imagined and did pretty well outside, but as other reviews have mentioned, flying it when it's windy is not recommended. The camera is quite good as well. You'll want to get an extra pack of props, prop guards and batteries as this is very addictive. For the money this would be quite difficult to beat.The Manual for beginners is insufficient and the user has to go only by intuition. I crashed the drone several times before started understanding the interface and the link with the iPhone. You will need several propellers before learning to fly it.
